The Story so far.
Dr. Aashish Sasidharan is a board certified plastic surgeon having done his Mch.Plastic Surgery from prestigious institute Christian Medical College, Vellore.
He worked as speciality registrar at premium hospital, Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore known for trauma, hand and reconstructive microvascular surgeries.
He had also has worked as an Assistant Professor at Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry, there he has performed numerous microvascular surgeries for post traumatic defects ,hand and maxillofacial surgeries.
He has authored articles and publications, as well as involved in academic activities to teach under graduate and post graduates.
He has received training in tendon surgeries (tendon reconstruction and tendon transfers) at training centre for leprosy associated reconstructions at The Leporsy Mission, Naini Hospital and has also involved in camp activities to treat leprosy patients in association with The Leprosy Mission team for reconstructive surgeries.
He has also received short course training in Diabetic Foot Management at Department of Endocrinology,Christian Medical College, Vellore.

Dr.Aashish Sasidharan has visited for training in reconstructive microvascular surgery with pioneers in the field at world class institution Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan known for providing advanced reconstructive microsurgical treatment for post cancer ablative surgeries in head and neck and breast surgeries, lymphedema surgeries, peripheral nerve surgeries ,toe-transfers etc.
He has also been trained in Ear Reconstruction by the world famous, Dr. Satoru Nagata at Nagata Clinic, Today City, Japan, from whom he learnt the art of reconstructing the ear using rib cartilage for ear deformities like microtia and others.
He has also worked at the International Centre for Lymphedema, Hiroshima University Hospital, Japan with Prof. Isao Koshima considered as father of super-microsurgery.
His stocks of specialized reconstructive surgeries includes: complex onco-surgical and trauma defects reconstruction, peripheral nerve surgeries including brachial plexus surgeries and facial reanimation surgeries, congenital and acquired hand related surgeries, post trauma maxilla facial reconstructions, gender reassignment surgeries, surgical treatment for lymphedema and foot reconstructions.
Also cosmetic surgeries like body contouring, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, otoplasty, face and neck rejuvenation surgeries, fat transfers as well as breast related cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.

Myself Dr.Aashish Sasidharan, a board certified plastic surgeon having done M.B.B.S from ACME, Pariyaram, Kannur University. Did my general surgery training from M.K.C.G Medical College Hospital, Berhampur, Odisha and then pursued advanced surgical training in Plastic Surgery at prestigious institute Christian Medical College Hospital (CMCH), Vellore.
